
We call this liquid gold ... sticky, golden and fragrant, it tantalises the palate with its hints of spices and a faint burst of heat. It goes stunningly well with crispy pork , especially when paired with a tangy salad.
It is a wonderful dipping sauce for pretty much anything, and can be made into a delicious dressing with a plash of rice vinegar or lime juice.
